While other cheddar cheeses out there include milk substitutes, St. Albert cheddar cheese is made with 100 per cent pure milk, without any preservatives or modified milk ingredients. Our cheese is made the same way it was in 1894. For five generations, our farmers and skilled workers have upheld the tradition of producing the best quality cheese.
